Reviews and news about SugarCRM
- 2015 – SugarCRM will be able to parse information from third-party sites
If the company’s business is connected with the constant search of information on the websites of ads/freelancing (for example, in a real estate agency), the parsing module for SugarCRM from the developer SugarTalk will automate this process. The module works this way. The user selects the site from which he needs to track the ads, and the developer provides the parser. In its CRM, the user specifies which parameters to monitor for new ads. In the CRM-system, new object cards appear, which are created on the basis of announcements. Also, a parser in CRM can be useful by a recruiting agency (for creating new vacancies and resumes), a model agency (new model cards), design/copywriting/website creation studios (to search for new freelance orders).
- 2014 – SugarCRM is integrated with Lotus Notes
SugarCRM has released a plug-in for the integration of its latest version of the CRM system Sugar 7 with a team management system and document management Lotus Notes. A distinctive feature of the new plug-in to the CRM system was: seamless integration into the Lotus Notes client; integration of the mail client and Lotus Notes address book with Sugar CRM system; maintaining a single calendar in Lotus Notes with automatic synchronization of events in the CRM system calendar.
The SugarCRM platform contains the necessary set of modules and tools to systematize customer relationships and allows you to flexibly plan and record the events. Also, there are a number of additional modules in the system that allow you to store information about calls, project tasks and documents, and functionality for working with e-mail and organizing mass mailings.
